What is the Scope of the Program?
At Yext, we believe that it’s crucial to have a firm understanding not only of how our platform and systems work, but also how our clients interact with our products. The first rotation will be in one of our client delivery teams, giving analysts the opportunity to work within the Yext product suite, systems and operations. During this rotation, analysts will be able to work strategically and tactically with some of our largest accounts.
Matching for the second and third rotations will be based on skills, personal interests and career goals. Each rotation will offer you an opportunity to explore another functional area at Yext and expand your skill set.

Quel type de formation est disponible ?
As part of Upward, you will go through a robust onboarding bootcamp within your first month of the program. The onboarding bootcamp will provide you with a foundation of Yext’s products, processes, and people. Additionally, you’ll have hands-on experience with clients in order to establish a fundamental understanding of the Yext client experience.
In addition to onboarding, we’ll provide extensive on-the-job training during all rotations. You will have access to all Yext resources, as well as side-kicks on each team to ensure you are exposed to all facets of the business.
What is a sidekick?
Each analyst will be assigned a sidekick in every rotation. Sidekicks’ core responsibilities are to help guide the analyst through their rotation by delegating and reviewing work, delivering feedback, as well as providing mentorship.

When the 18 months are up, analysts will interview for the teams they are interested in for their final placement. Following the interviews, all analysts will go through a placement review, which evaluates their team selections as well as rotation performance to ultimately determine the best match.
